Our Story

In 2022 our founders realised that women want (and need) the time and space to push pause on their daily routine. In a busy world of disconnnect we've lost a sense of caring and community. Women need a space to gather where they feel safe and supported, where they can learn and grow. Where diversity is celebrated and inclusivity promoted. A space that provides opportunities for a holistic approach to health and wellbeing. A place where women become warriors.
